The hotel location was very pretty and convenient to the Northern Atlanta area. It was just next door to nice restaurants as well as a baseball tournament. Top-class people were working here. They had a wonderful, enjoyable breakfast and shuttle.

Routey guests at 3:00 am in the morning. Slamming doors and screaming woman.

I stayed here 2 years back and the hotel is maintaining its standard. It has plenty of free parking and easy access. The rooms are very clean, featuring an LCD TV, very comfortable beds and a decent coffee machine. Staff are friendly, good housekeeping and the rooms are very quiet.
I checked in late night and had to wait for a while until some one showed up at the reception; a minor inconvenience.

Conveniently situated near various attractions, making it easy to get around. The food offered here is healthy and you'll find a nice bar for unwinding after a long day. 🍹

The staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The facility was really beautiful. Wish we would've had more time to enjoy the area but was just passing through.
Our bed was harder than what I was use to.

I was actually booked at a different location, same chain. Management staff overheard me and they worked very diligently to transfer my reservation so I didn't have to relocate; I was extremely grateful.
No complaints.

Bed were comfy, the wifi worked great. The shower had plenty of hot water.
Couldn't find the control to adjust the softness of the bed as advertised at the front desk for king size bed.

Staff were fantastic - more like a family, which is great when your 1000's of miles from home, special shout out to the shuttle team, Willie, Octavius and Tyler. You only get what you pay for - I got a lot more. Thank you.

Great stay as always. Updated room with outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff. Comfortable desk chair in the room. Nice building with friendly check-in.

I have never encountered a more friendlier and accommodating group of staff at a hotel. Was greeted everytime I walked in with eye contact and a smile. One lady at the front desk lent me her personal umbrella to walk across the street to Starbucks when it was pouring outside. The location was perfect; Starbucks and several expense report friendly restaurants across the street. Gas station also two doors down which is helpful to fill up before the airport as the ATL airport does not have a gas station on location.
The fridge made a slight rattle while running. Could have used more hangars in the closet (although if I had asked for more I'm sure they would have provided them). WIFi was free but I was only good for 24 hours so I had to keep logging in every day; sometimes more than once as the connection would drop.

I didn't like that they said they had a spa on site on the website, but upon arrival they told me they use to have it but not anymore. I was disappointed about that simple because I was looking for some relaxation of a spa.

I liked the proximity of the location.
The fire alarm went off multiple times during our stay. The management was aware of the false alarm problem and nothing was addressed. Hilton Honors members were on the 6th floor, which I am. It was extremely difficult to deal with, as I was there for my son's wedding. In addition, there was a bug problem in the rooms. My issue was lady bugs. In my father's room, it was water bugs. We complained to management, sent feedback on the Hilton global customer service website and nothing was done to address the issue during our stay. I am extremely disappointed in this location and can not honestly recommend this location for a comfortable stay. Positives: They had gluten free bread and Megan was amazingly great with what she could control.

Room was large and comfortable.
Cheeseburger and fries was bland but was comped for my convenience.
